Medlock Partners are proud to be supporting this highly reputable business in identifying two exceptional HR Business Partners to join their team. The HR team is central to supporting the global business and this is a fantastic opportunity to join them, a business, built upon the passion, skill and creativity of the people who dedicate their working lives to this iconic brand.

One of these roles will report to the Head of HR Operations and will work closely with Line Managers across a variety of departments and functions at both an operational and more strategic level. These areas include Engineering and Commercial for global and regional teams. Strong Generalist experience is required as well as Strong Business Partnering experience and Org Design.

The second role is to support the Senior HR Manager and the Manufacturing side of the business. This person will support this function from the Head Office and will have a strong Business Partnering background, able to advise and influence challenging stakeholders and deal with complex ER.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner:

* Provide consultancy and advice on all HR related matters, ensuring adherence to all legal and best practice obligations including disciplinary, employment law, industrial relations, performance management, learning and development, appraisals, succession planning and absence management
* Working closely with the function leads, develop practical HR solutions with an eye on cost and consistency
* Lead the organisation review process for your business areas, working to build an understanding of the business challenges they face internally & externally and creating an organisation that can deliver these
* Lead the change activity for the business area to ensure any changes land successfully
* Deliver on the HR initiatives as they are developed, bringing in your business knowledge on how to best make these new initiatives work for the business area
* Provide coaching and support in the management of all ER matters, carry out full case management across the business from investigations to hearings
* Demonstrate sound knowledge in technical HR areas and assist to develop and deliver innovative solutions
* Be the point to contact for HR for all the global regions, ensuring they follow processes and are joined up to HQ. This includes contract generation for the regions
* Act as HR lead on key HR projects, these will be allocated to meet development needs where possible
* Support the roll out of the new HR system, advocating for its usage, supporting the business adaption, and addressing any issues for your business area.
* Support and maintain implementation of current and new HR policies and procedures.
* Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle

Key requirements of the Senior HR Business Partner:

* Previous experience at HR Business Partner level with a good understanding of business functions and best practice HR methods is essential for this role.
* Experience of working within Engineering, Design, Commercial and/or Manufacturing would be highly advantageous
* Ideally you will have a formal degree qualifications or equivalent experience and ideally CIPD qualified.
* Knowledge of procedures as well as ability to work from operational HR to involvement in more strategic pieces of work.
* Prior exposure to working with international team and associated contracts would stand the successful candidate in good stead.
* You will be resilient, positive, and able to work flexibly to take on this busy and varied role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to good relationship building skills are a must.
* Strong strategic thinking and organisational skills are a must.
* Previous experience of supporting HR project delivery and implementation preferred.
* Knowledge of best practice HR systems and procedures as well as sound HR administration awareness will be highly valued.
