We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate Corporate M&A Lawyer to join a dynamic and fast-growing International Corporate Group based in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a wide range of corporate transactions with a primary focus on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
  
Our client is a leading international law firm that provides exceptional legal services to a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to multinational corporations. Renowned for its collaborative and inclusive culture, this firm offers a platform for professional development and growth.
  
Joining their International Corporate Group, you will work alongside a team of experienced professionals offering a comprehensive range of corporate legal services. From M&A to equity capital markets and private equity/venture capital, this team handles complex transactions on both domestic and international levels.
  
As a Senior Associate Corporate M&A Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising on international corporate transactions, focusing primarily on high-profile M&A deals. Your work will span various sectors, ensuring clients receive tailored legal advice relevant to their industries. Additionally, you will have opportunities to engage in business development activities, foster client relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong academic background
  • Corporate law background with experience across M&A, PE, VC etc
  • Experience leading corporate transactions in a comparable environment.
  • Strong desire to work in an international setting.
  • Excellence and practical application of legal skills
  • Support a broad range of corporate transactions, with a focus on private M&A
  • Strong Communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to liaise effectively with lawyers from within the Group and also to liaise and coordinate with lawyers from other disciplines and jurisdictions as required.
  • Supervisory skills in a recent role
