As a Senior Associate, you will play a vital role in their Richmond-based team, managing a diverse caseload of high-value and complex Family Law matters. Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Developing and managing a caseload of Family Law cases, including complex financial remedy matters, international disputes, and private children law disputes.
• Assisting the partner and contributing to the supervision and continued growth of the team.
• Providing strategic advice to clients, advocating for their best interests, and fostering strong client relationships.

 
They are looking for a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant experience in Family Law, including complex financial matters and international disputes. Ability to demonstrate a track record of building and maintaining professional networks, with a focus on business development.
 
Familiarity with the Resolution Code of Practice and a commitment to working collaboratively and constructively. Accreditation by Resolution or the Law Society would be advantageous.
 
Excellent communication skills, a passion for helping clients achieve their goals, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
