Are you an experienced Office Manager with a flair for operational efficiency? We’re representing a prestigious firm in search of a skilled individual to lead their office operations. This role offers a blend of responsibilities across finance, HR, and executive support.
Position Overview:
 

  • Location: On-site at our client’s office
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamlining daily office tasks, from procurement to hospitality
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Managing financial transactions and invoicing
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
  • Overseeing IT infrastructure and office maintenance
  • Providing crucial HR support, including recruitment and onboarding

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
