Are you an experienced Office Manager with a flair for operational efficiency? We’re representing a prestigious firm in search of a skilled individual to lead their office operations. This role offers a blend of responsibilities across finance, HR, and executive support.
Position Overview:
- Location: On-site at our client’s office
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamlining daily office tasks, from procurement to hospitality
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Managing financial transactions and invoicing
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Overseeing IT infrastructure and office maintenance
- Providing crucial HR support, including recruitment and onboarding
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
