  • Providing invaluable guidance to fee earners on navigating complaint resolutions.
  • Acting as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance.
  • Conducting comprehensive analysis of complaint data and generating insightful reports.
  • Facilitating training sessions on complaints prevention and resolution strategies.
  • Offering expert advice on managing social media feedback.
