The Role:
As a Facilities Assistant, you’ll play a vital role within the facilities team, ensuring a high-quality service across a variety of responsibilities. From supporting reprographics to covering reception, your contributions will be crucial to the smooth running of the firm’s day-to-day operations.
 
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this position, your background will ideally include:

  • Experience in a similar facilities role, preferably within professional services
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • IT literacy and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Effective communication skills for working with a range of stakeholders

 
Key Responsibilities:
In this hands-on role, your main tasks will include:

  • Managing and distributing post efficiently and accurately
  • Setting up meeting rooms and equipment for seminars and events
  • Assisting staff and partners with any facilities-related queries
  • Ensuring high-quality scanning of documents and materials
  • Maintaining accurate records across the firm’s systems
  • Acting as a professional, positive representative of the firm with clients and colleagues
